ATEX / Explosieveilige diesel-vorkheftruck in nieuwstaat, slechts 20 bedrijfsuren. Systeem : Pyroban S6000D, Zone 2, 3GIIA/IIB T3. Actief explosiebeveiligingssysteem ontworpen voor dieselvorkheftrucks die werken in gevarenzone 2. Het combineert intelligente gasdetectie met mechanische explosiepreventie om te voldoen aan de ATEX- en EN1755-veiligheidsnormen. Deze Linde H16D wordt automatisch uitgeschakeld om explosies te voorkomen als er brandbare dampen worden gedetecteerd. De VW 1.9 Sdi-motor en het remsysteem zijn aangepast en gekoeld om ervoor te zorgen dat hete oppervlakken onder de zelfontbrandings-temperatuur van de aanwezige brandbare materialen blijven. Antistatische en vonk-bescherming: v orken zijn bekleed met vonkvrij materiaal en statische elektriciteit wordt voorkomen om ontsteking door wrijving te voorkomen. Speciale antistatische Continental-banden. Verder uitgevoerd met : Halfcabine, 1-pedaal bediening , individuele hendels, enkelhydrauliek, integrale sideshift. VIDEO BESCHIKBAAR.

It combines intelligent gas detection with mechanical explosion prevention to meet ATEX and EN1755 safety standards, automatically shutting down the vehicle to prevent ignition if flammable vapors are detected. The VW 1.9 Sdi engine and braking systems are modified and cooled to ensure hot surfaces remain below the auto-ignition temperature of the surrounding flammable materials. Anti-Static & Spark Protection: forks are clad in non-sparking materials, and static electricity is managed to prevent friction-based ignition, special Continental non static tyres.
